SUMMARY

Works with the vehicle acquisition team in generating communication and business.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Essential Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Communicates with incoming leads.
  • Set appointments for the vehicle acquisition team.
  • Responsible for the upkeep of all Auto trader leads.
  • Responsible for the upkeep of all True Car leads.
  • Responsible for updating CRM tool with all current prospect.
  • Utilizes dealership follow-up system.
  • Exhibits high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Establishes personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity, and devises a strategy to meet those goals.
  • Attends sales training courses as requested by manager.
  • Maintains a prospect development system.
  • Reviews and analyzes actions at the end of each day, week, month, and year to determine how to better utilize time and plans more effectively.
  • Maintains professional appearance.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • BDC experience PREFERRED
  • Call Center experience PREFERRED

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
